Glow has a 25-year history in home fragrance starting in Australia and we are so excited to be bringing Glow to the UK for the very first time.

Launching today we have our Christmas Advent Calendar is available now: 24 doors, 24 scented tealights, 12 fragrances (two of each). It's £23.95 plus £4.50 postage.

Our Icon Collection lands in late November 2026. These are our most-loved fragrances, which you'll be able to choose from 3-wick candles (£24.95), tealights (£11.95) and wax melts (£11.95). Be at the front of the line and  join our mailing list to be first to know.

UK delivery generally takes 4 to 6 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

If you've ordered a pre-order item, such as the Advent Calendar, we'll ship it as soon as stock arrives and email your tracking details the moment it leaves us. For full details, see our shipping policy.

Standard UK shipping is a flat £5.90 per order. The Advent Calendar ships for £4.50. For Reseller/wholesale orders postage is 22.95 for up to 15kg and 30 from 15 - 30 kg

No. UK VAT is included at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Glow Collection UK delivers across the United Kingdom. 

The use of Glow Collection scented candles, diffusers, and room sprays inside your home is generally not harmful. However, it is advisable to keep them out of reach of children, and pets and away from flammable materials,like you do with your cosmetics, cleaning agents, and fragrances. 

Furthermore, never leave your burning candle unattended, and avoid using it in drafty areas, near an open window, air duct or fan. Remember not to move your burning candle, and ensure it is extinguished, the wax is solid and the jar is cold before handling. Make sure you burn your candle on a flat heat resistant surface. Glass may become hot. Finally burn them for no longer than 4 hours total and keep the wick  trimmed to 5mm before each use. Keep wax free of all loose wick trimmings.

Our UK candle range is made in Euroope and China by a specialist  candle makers, using our own fragrance and wax processes. Every product is sold under the Glow Collection brand.

Our candles use a blend of soy wax and food-grade paraffin for a clean, even burn and a beautiful scent throw.

• Room-filling scent throw. Our candles are made to fill the room, not just the space right around the candle.
• Consistent from top to bottom. The fragrance stays true from the first burn to the last, rather than starting strong and fading away.
• Layered fragrance. You may notice top, middle and base notes developing as the candle burns, so the scent evolves over time.
• Your space matters. In very large or open rooms, or anywhere with a strong breeze (open windows, fans, high ceilings), the scent may feel lighter as it spreads out.

Keep candles, melts and tealights out of reach of children and pets, and well away from anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and avoid draughty spots near open windows, vents or fans.

Always burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface, as glass can get hot. Don't move a candle while it's lit, and wait until it's out, the wax has set and the jar is cool before handling. Burn for no more than 2-4 hours at a time, trim the wick to 5mm before each use and keep the wax clear of wick trimmings.

Absolutely, and we'd love to have you. There are two ways to earn, and you can do both.

1. Become a Glow Ambassador. It's free to join. You'll get your own unique link to share on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, in messages or with friends and colleagues. Whenever someone shops through your link, the sale is tracked to you and you earn commission. You'll have your own dashboard to see your sales as they come in.

Commission starts at 15% and climbs through five levels to 30% as your sales grow each month: 15%, 22%, 24%, 28% and 30%. You move up one level at a time as you sell through each one, and everyone starts back at Level 1 at the beginning of each month. Commission is paid in GBP and calculated on sales excluding VAT and postage.

2. Become a Reseller. Buy at a discount and sell Glow your way: at markets, pop-ups, to friends and family or at your own Glow Show at home. Resellers who join before 22 November 2026 get 40% off our recommended retail prices for as long as they remain a Reseller. Resellers who join after that date get 35% off.

The minimum Reseller order is £250, with at least 2 of each item. Reseller postage is £22.95 per box up to 15kg, or £39 for boxes between 15kg and 30kg. We ask Resellers to sell current-season stock at our recommended retail price. Find out more and apply here.

Join as an Ambassador by 22 November 2026 and make £100 in sales by 31 December 2026, and we'll send you a £50 Glow gift card. Founding Ambassadors will also help choose and name a fragrance for February.

No. Joining as an Ambassador is free, and there are no annual fees.

Start small. Place a minimum £250 order, sell to friends, family and colleagues at the recommended retail price, then reinvest your profit into your next order. As your confidence grows, you might try a local market stall, a seasonal pop-up around Mother's Day or Christmas, or a Glow Show at home. A simple mobile app, such as Square or SumUp, means you can take card payments wherever you're selling.

No. There are no downlines and no recruiting targets. You're rewarded for your own sales, full stop.

It's up to you, but we recommend it, particularly if you'll be selling at markets or events. Public and product liability cover is worth looking into before you start
