Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to place an order.
Orders and contract
When you place an order, you're offering to buy the items. We'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us forms when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price is wrong. If we do, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If we find a pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our Returns and Refund Policy explains how to cancel an order and what to do if something is faulty.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
