Delivery cost
Standard delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom is a flat £5.90 per order, except for the Advent Calendar, which has a delivery fee of £4.50. You'll see the final delivery cost at checkout before you pay.
Reseller orders
Delivery on reseller orders is charged by weight:

Processing time
We process orders within 2 business days of your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sales and the Christmas period can add a few days.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are generally 4 to 6 business days. Carrier or customs delays, or events outside our control, can push delivery back.
VAT and import charges
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). UK VAT and any import charges are included in what you pay at checkout. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Delivery address
We can't change the delivery address once your order is placed, so please check it carefully at checkout.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also tap the chat button on our site, select "Where's my order?" and enter your order number.
Damaged or missing parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the time shown at checkout, email support@glowcollection.co.uk with your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll sort it out.
